AJNS Australia–China Biopharma Collaboration Initiative
Australian Journal of Natural Sciences (AJNS), an international peer-reviewed open-access journal (ISSN 3083-3515), is dedicated to the dissemination and exchange of high-quality research in natural sciences and medicine. We have long focused on the potential for collaboration between Australia and China in the biopharmaceutical sector and are aligned with Australia’s national innovation and R&D policy framework.
To facilitate cross-border research and clinical collaboration between Australia and China, and to support biopharmaceutical researchers and enterprises in establishing research and clinical activities in Australia, AJNS is launching the Australia–China Biopharma Collaboration Initiative.
We maintain extensive networks of hospitals, physicians, universities, and research institutions, including leading organisations within Melbourne’s Parkville biomedical precinct, enabling efficient project implementation and full-chain execution.
How the Australian Government’s R&D Tax Incentive Supports Your ResearchFor eligible small enterprises (annual turnover below AUD 20 million), the Australian Government offers up to 43.5% cash rebate under the R&D Tax Incentive program, including refundable offsets for non-profitable companies. This policy significantly reduces net R&D costs, eases cash flow pressure, and enhances global competitiveness, with Australian clinical data broadly accepted by major international regulatory agencies, including the FDA and EMA.
